The history of the Belarusian House of Press is inextricably linked with the history of the development and formation of the state.
The enterprise was established by Order of the Council of People’s Commissars of the Western Region for the Commissariat of Internal Affairs of Minsk dated December 19, 1917 No. 12. At different stages of its biography, the enterprise was called differently: Minsk Provincial Printing House, Printing House of the Council of People’s Commissars of the Western Region and the Front, 1- I am the Soviet Printing House, I.V. Stalin Printing House, Zvyazda Publishing House, Publishing House of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus. On the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated August 4, 1994 No. 19 «On the establishment of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus», the Enterprise was transferred to the jurisdiction of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
