A SINGLE ROAD SAFETY DAY WAS HELD AT THE ENTERPRISE

03.11.2026

During the event, the state traffic inspector of the technical supervision department of the traffic police of the Minsk City Executive Committee reminded the participants that passive safety devices help reduce the risk of serious consequences in case of an accident. It is necessary to fasten a seat belt in the car, transport children using suitable child restraints, and use a protective helmet when driving a motorcycle. These measures are important for both drivers and passengers.

Special attention was paid to the changes in the Rules of the Road introduced by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated August 4, 2025 No. 295. The participants were explained the innovations and reminded of the need to get acquainted with the current traffic regulations in a timely manner and comply with them during daily trips.

During the meeting, safety in the use of personal mobility equipment and bicycles was also discussed. Driving on such vehicles requires care, compliance with established rules and consideration of the traffic situation. Participants were reminded of the risks that arise from inattention, sudden maneuvers and non-compliance with safety requirements.

The topic of motor vehicle management was also not ignored. It is important for motorcyclists to choose a safe speed, take into account the condition of the road surface and be visible to other road users. Car drivers, in turn, should carefully monitor the situation and take into account that motorcycles and bicycles may be less noticeable on the road.

The Unified Road Safety Day became an occasion to once again discuss the simple but important rules on which everyone’s safety depends. Care, the use of protective equipment and compliance with traffic regulations help to reduce the likelihood of accidents and save life and health.
