As part of the “Study and Work” program, the Belarusian State Technological University hosted a large-scale mini-job fair aimed at connecting students to the real labor market and creating conditions for their professional growth.
The event became a platform for establishing direct contact between future specialists and employers – leading enterprises and organizations in Belarus. The fair was attended by 19 enterprises, including the largest printing company in the country, our the State Enterprise Belarusian Printing House Publishing Co.
Students and young professionals had a unique opportunity to get acquainted with current vacancies, pass interviews, receive valuable recommendations on career development, internship, internship and employment prospects. The fair participants were also able to listen to the presentations of organizations, ask questions and establish useful business contacts.
The organizers noted the high activity of the participants and the interest of employers, which indicates the relevance of the “Study and Work” program and the importance of such events for the training of future personnel.
The support of the Committee on Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Minsk City Executive Committee has become an important stage in strengthening cooperation between educational institutions and the business community. Such initiatives help to create conditions for effective professional development of young people.
