Topic: “FAMILY EDUCATION AS THE BASIS OF A STRONG STATE”
The theme of the October awareness Day is “Family education as the basis of a strong state.” It is more common to hear that the foundations of a strong state are a stable economy, developed government institutions, and a well-functioning law enforcement apparatus to maintain calm in the country. Of course, a strong army or one that seems strong to the opponents. But as life shows, the family plays no less, and sometimes even more important for building a strong and successful state, or rather the upbringing that each of us receives in it.
The Head of State constantly focuses on this: “The cult of a full-fledged family with two or more children should be the lifestyle of Belarusians. This is the only way we can be sure that the next generations will grow up after us, which means that we will firmly hold sovereignty in our hands and live in peace with guarantee.”
And the tasks set by the President of the country should not just be carried out, but carried out with understanding.
Belarusians defend the family as the basis for the sustainable development and prosperity of their homeland, thereby putting a barrier to immorality and promoting traditional family values.
We value the traditions of our ancestors, their exploits and their history, spiritual, moral and religious values. All these are the social bonds that connect the country together.
What Belarus will be like tomorrow depends on each of us, on upbringing in a family based on traditional spiritual and moral values. Together we are writing the history of our statehood, creating that country for a decent life, which we will pass on to our children and grandchildren.
