In two weeks, the regional forum has already visited several organizations of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus. This time, more than 70 people took part – working youth of our enterprise, the Minsk Printing House and the Department for Humanitarian Activities of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus. The forum began with the laying of flowers and wreaths at the monument to the fallen soldiers-printers during the Great Patriotic War on the territory of the enterprise. Ruslan Chernetsky, Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus, came to the ceremony to support the youth and show by his example the importance of preserving historical memory, peace and stability in the country.
The forum was then continued by a series of trainings “We are a team”, “Interaction” and “Personal Brand”, where participants touched upon the most pressing issues – a favorable atmosphere in the team, personnel support and the role of information security in production.
One of the brightest and most memorable events of the last forum, undoubtedly, was a tour of the production workshops of the Printing House.
After which an equally vivid and memorable “Open Microphone” dialogue took place with invited experts:
Rogashchuk Nikolai Mikhailovich, Deputy Administrative Officer of the President of the Republic of Belarus;
Karpenko Igor Vasilievich, Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Belarus;
Gaidukevich Oleg Sergeevich, deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party of Belarus;
Klishevich Sergei Mikhailovich, deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus;
Alekso Pavel Alexandrovich, secretary of the Central Committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union.
A lively dialogue allowed forum participants not only to discuss problems and find ways to solve them, but also to identify ideas for implementing joint projects.
In total, the forum will cover more than 3 thousand young people working in organizations subordinate to the department. Participants will discuss questions and proposals developed at the regional level at the final meeting of the Youth Forum. It will be held in Minsk on October 27 under the leadership of Presidential Administrator Yuri Nazarov. About 200 young and active people from all organizations of the Administrative Department structure will be delegated to participate in the forum.
