Today starts a two-day training seminar “Effective mentoring. Modern tools and methods of transferring practical experience” for employees of personnel services of organizations included in the system of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
The seminar will discuss issues of adaptation and retention of young workers and specialists in production in order to disseminate positive experience in creating a holistic, effective system for supporting young workers and specialists in the organizations of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus. Also, as part of the seminar, an on-site training session is planned at Atlant CJSC.
