This weekend, the Narochansky National Park will host a summer sports contest among employees of organizations of the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
The Summer Sports Contest is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War.
Eight national teams of subordinate organizations of the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus and their leaders will compete for a place on the podium.
National teams will compete in competitions in table tennis, hiking, cycling and water tourism, orienteering, park volleyball, kettlebell lifting, relay race, tug of war, and many others. Heads of organizations will play billiards, table tennis, small towns, darts and throwing a ball into a basketball hoop.
This year, national teams are formed from 25 representatives of organizations united by one or the corresponding type of activity.
This year’s Spartakiad is the sixth in a row and will be held in a new format, it will be two-day. Holding this sports festival in summer and winter is already a tradition in which employees of organizations take an active part, and after its completion they look forward to the next meetings with their colleagues.
Sport is really a unifying force, a charge of cheerfulness, optimism and good mood. In addition to the main program of sports events, the national teams will present musical performances on the theme “80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet People in the Great Patriotic War”, which will also become a platform for the creative talents of representatives of the organizations of the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
