THERE WILL BE AN INSTITUTE OF MENTORING!

Retaining young specialists in the field is primarily the work of ideologists and personnel services, who are the first to meet those young specialists who come to work in the organization. And it depends on how they are met and what working conditions are created whether these specialists will continue to work in this organization.

Considering that the implementation of the mentoring system is provided for by the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On the Fundamentals of State Youth Policy,” it is advisable to apply it during study, and not after graduation, so that a person is targeted in advance to work at this particular enterprise.

In addition to the theoretical part and consideration of such issues as organizational and legal support for the functioning of the mentoring institute in an organization, the model of a modern mentor, the pedagogical and communicative competence of a mentor, the seminar program included an on-site session. The seminar participants were invited to study practical experience in the mentoring system using the example of Atlant JSC.
