Today, the annual reporting conference of the trade union committee of the Press House was held in the assembly hall of the enterprise, which summed up the results of work for 2025 and outlined plans for the future. Delegates from all structural divisions of the company were elected to participate in the conference. The conference was attended by invited guests – Elena Ivanovna Guk, Head of the Organizational Department of the Belarusian Professional Union of Cultural, Information, Sports and Tourism Workers.

The following agenda was submitted for consideration of the conference:
1. About the report of the trade union committee of the primary trade union organization of the State Enterprise Belarusian Printing House Publishing Co for 2025.
2. On the report of the audit commission of the primary trade union organization of the State Enterprise Belarusian Printing House Publishing Co for 2025.
3. On approval of the annual budget of income and expenses of the primary trade union organization of the State Enterprise Belarusian Printing House Publishing Co for 2026.
4. About changes in the composition of the trade union committee of the primary trade union organization of the State Enterprise Belarusian Printing House Publishing Co.
5. Miscellaneous.
The conference was opened by the chairman of the trade union committee, Tatiana Chursina. In her speech, she elaborated on the key achievements over the past year, focused on strengthening the protection of employees’ labor rights, organizing effective social programs, sports and cultural events, as well as supporting initiatives to improve working conditions.

Tatiana Chursina emphasized the importance of team cohesion and called on all trade union members to continue to actively participate in the life of the enterprise.
Further reports and presentations were made by the chairman of the audit commission, the committee on credentials of delegates, and the accountant of the primary trade union organization. Due to personnel changes, members of the company’s trade union committee were elected at the conference.

Andrey Lukyanchikov, General Director of the Printing House, expressed gratitude to the trade union committee for constructive cooperation and an active position on improving working conditions. In his speech, he told the conference delegates and the staff about the financial and economic condition of the enterprise, the fulfillment of approved indicators by the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the quantitative and qualitative production of printing products, investments in the modernization of production and digitalization of processes, the implemented and certified system of Halal rules, personnel policy and strengthening labor discipline and remuneration, guarantees employment, work and recreation regime, medical care, organization of recreation and sanatorium-resort treatment, labor protection, as well as plans for 2026. In his speech, Andrey Nikolaevich separately focused on the implementation of the investment plan for the construction of a new printing company, the Belarusian Printing House Publishing Co.

He also stressed that the success of the enterprise is impossible without a strong and interested team, which the trade union helps to express their position, protect their rights and relax together.

Following the reports, the conference delegates unanimously voted to approve the work of the trade union committee over the past year.
At the end of the conference, the tasks of the trade union movement for 2026 were discussed, including continuing to improve working conditions and safety, as well as organizing social, sports and cultural activities. The participants unanimously expressed their willingness to cooperate and further develop the trade union movement at the enterprise.

The conference ended with an award ceremony.
The gratitude of the Belarusian Professional Union of Workers of Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism was expressed to Lapitsky Alexander Valeryevich, the operator of the bookbinding outlet devices, for his conscientious work, high professionalism, and active participation in the activities of the primary trade union organization of the State Enterprise Belarusian Printing House Publishing Co.
The diploma of the Belarusian Professional Union of Workers of Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism was awarded to Tatyana Anatolyevna Chursina, chairman of the primary trade union organization of the State Enterprise Belarusian Printing House Publishing Co for many years of conscientious work, high professionalism, active and effective work to protect the rights and interests of trade union members in 2025.
