On August 4, at the premises of OJSC “Ivatsevichdrev” (Ivatsevichi, Brest region), a seminar “Improving production and personnel management methods” will be held for heads of organizations and personnel services included in the system of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
The seminar is held with the aim of studying best practices and improving performance in organizations. Participants in the seminar will enjoy a rich program, including a presentation of the activities of Ivatsevichdrev OJSC, practical experience in organizing work on managing production processes and personnel using the example of the visited enterprise, key processes for organizing work with personnel, as well as experience in implementing an ERP system in administrative and production processes. After this, it is planned to visit the production base of the enterprise, demonstrate the production culture and open discussion on the information received.
