RETIREMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE LEGEND V.F. FEDORTSOVA

The team of the Printing House saw off the design engineer of the chief mechanic department, Vasily Fedosovich Fedortsov, to his well-deserved retirement.

He walked the path of a real working man. Having mastered several professions, he began working at the age of eighteen. Press operator, mechanic at the printing plant named after. Yakuba Kolasa, student at the Moscow Printing Institute. And from April 1962 to the present day (61 years in total) – an employee of our enterprise.

Design engineer, senior design engineer, head of the mechanical repair shop, engineer for the implementation of new equipment and technologies. Behind the meager lines of the work book is perseverance in work and dedication to one’s work, which helped to achieve professional success.

A diploma of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, a badge “Excellence in the Press of Belarus” from the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus, and awards from enterprises of all ranks became evidence of recognition of his merits.

Rationalization of production processes, ensuring uninterrupted operation of equipment, rich, diverse practical experience and life wisdom allowed Vasily Fedosovich to make a significant personal contribution to the well-coordinated work of the team. But not only with his professional skills, he earned the respect of management and authority among his colleagues. Discipline, responsibility, goodwill, willingness to help – qualities that led to success and recognition.
