Special production offers services for developing the design of documents with a certain degree of security, both from scratch and finalizing your design layout to a level that will protect your printed products from falsification.
To prepare design layouts, the specialists of our design and pre-press studio use modern equipment and software, which allows us to create the design of printed products with high degrees of protection (guilloche elements, modulation of line thickness, various effects with microtexts, anti-copy rasters, etc.) .
All design layouts are developed in accordance with current standards and instructions. The output of offset printing plates is carried out on modern equipment from Agfa (CtP – computer-to-printing plate technology), which allows you to record an image on an offset plate in two modes (2400 dpi, 4000 dpi).
Thermal offset plates are the most modern and high-tech, which allows you to print products at high resolutions and lineatures.
Print control is carried out using a modern X-RiteExact spectrophotometer, which allows you to manage and control the color of the finished product at the highest level. To print circulations of documents and forms of securities in special production, a 4-color offset machine with the ability to produce iris is used. Iris printing ensures a smooth transition from one color to another, thereby increasing the level of security of a document against counterfeiting.
