Regional youth forums have been held all week in organizations subordinate to the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus. The II Youth Forum in the Belarusian House of Press gathered about 70 participants -representatives of the youth of our enterprise, RUE “Trading House “Vostochny”, the Department for Humanitarian Affairs of the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus and the State Educational
Institution “Children’s Health Camp “Planet”.
The II Youth Forum of employees of organizations of the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus “Youth and the Future” began with a solemn ceremony of laying flowers at the monument of fallen soldiers-printers during the Great Patriotic War, located on the territory of the enterprise. This tradition emphasizes the need to preserve the memory of the exploits of our ancestors and pass this story on to the younger generation.
Further, various trainings on team building, interaction and the creation of a personal brand were organized for the participants, during which problems of concern to young people were discussed.
An equally vivid and memorable event of the forum was an introductory tour of the production. The forum participants saw with their own eyes the whole process of creating book, magazine, newspaper and packaging products. The excursion not only helped many of the working youth to expand their knowledge in the professional field, but also inspired them to search for new knowledge and professional growth.
At the end of the II Youth Forum, a dialogue took place between its participants and invited experts. At the invitation of the organizers, the participants took part in it:
– Yuri Dmitrievich Arikhovsky, Deputy General Director for Production and Ideological Work of the state enterprise “Belarusian House of Printing Publishing House”;
– Natalia Sergeevna Dergach, Deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus;
– Filimonova Tatyana Vasilyevna, Chairman of the Belarusian Trade Union of Workers of Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism, Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus;
– Anatoly Alekseevich Uretsky, Chairman of the primary trade union organization of the state enterprise “Belarusian House of Printing Publishing House”.
The dialogue took place in an interactive format, the forum participants actively participated in the discussions, which allowed its participants not only to hear first-hand success stories, life stories and advice, but also to discuss problems, find ways to solve them, identify ideas for implementing joint projects.
In total, the forum will cover several thousand young people working in subordinate organizations of the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus. The participants will discuss the issues and proposals developed at the regional level at the final meeting of the Youth Forum, which will be held in the Pripyatsky National Park on October 24-25. A rich educational and entertainment program is provided for more than 200 young active participants of the forum, a labor campaign for planting green spaces, and the forum will end with a dialogue with the participation of the leadership of the departmental organization.
