FIRST DEPUTY MANAGER OF PRESIDENTIAL AFFAIRS APPOINTED

Nikolai Shkred has been appointed First Deputy Administrator of the Presidential Administration of Belarus. The corresponding decree was signed on March 6 by Head of State Alexander Lukashenko.

Until now, Nikolai Shkred held the position of Deputy Head of the Security Service of the President of Belarus. Shkred has held this position since September 2021.

Nikolai Shkred was born on April 24, 1981, practiced sambo and judo, and was the winner of the world sambo championship among youths. He played in the amateur hockey team “Shield” for the Minsk championship, played 25 matches.
