Training seminar in the Sovetsky district of Minsk on the topic: “Legal basis of labor protection. The development and implementation of an occupational safety and health management system (OSMS) in organizations” took place on the basis of our enterprise, in which organizations from the region took part. Organizations and enterprises with recorded cases of occupational injuries were also invited. And therefore, in order to prevent and prevent occupational injuries, the administration of the Sovetsky district of Minsk has adopted such events as a practice.
Specialists from business entities in the district, whose responsibilities include organizing work to comply with legal labor protection standards, were invited to the seminar. Participants of the event were familiarized with information about the state of industrial injuries in organizations of the Sovetsky district of Minsk. We informed about violations of labor protection in organizations after monitoring and holding events dedicated to the World Day of Action for Decent Work.
Trade unions continue to exercise public control over compliance with labor legislation, labor protection and the implementation of collective agreements (agreements). Information about the main directions for improving legislation in the field of labor protection was also useful.
At the end of the seminar, its participants once again agreed that the life and health of workers, safe work are an important area of joint activity between the employer and the trade union.
