The event was attended by the Managing Director of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Yuri Nazarov, First Deputy Chairman of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, Sergei Savitsky, representatives of the Ministry of Education of Belarus, the leadership of the Shklovsky district, representatives of higher educational institutions of the Mogilev region, organizations and enterprises included in the Management System of the President of the Republic of Belarus, as well as the Youth Council of Managers.
The participants of the meeting were guys who will soon have to choose their professional path. During the event, they were told about the Office of the President, the specifics of their work, and, of course, about the organizations that are part of the structure. Among them are agricultural organizations, environmental protection and forestry institutions, healthcare and tourism facilities – a total of 69 organizations. They also told the students about how professional areas are in demand.
In his welcoming speech, Yuri Viktorovich outlined the main purpose of the meeting – youth is needed at all enterprises, so today high school students from the Shklov region are invited to the event, who will have to decide in which field of activity they see themselves in the future.
This is the first such meeting at the Business Management level. In order not only to present the Office of the President of Belarus, but also to tell about the opportunities, about how they receive secondary specialized and higher education today.

The Presidential Affairs Manager also noted that the main purpose of the meeting was to tell the students of the Shklovsky district that they have the opportunity to be useful where they were born.
The format of the meeting is an open dialogue. The speakers shared their personal stories with the students, telling them how they chose their profession.
The students shared their plans for the future: where they plan to enroll and where they want to work. Pediatrician, technological engineer, policeman – many of the graduates have already decided on a choice. There were often stories that they would enroll in the target area, which indicates serious views on the future.
The career guidance meeting ended with a speech by Anton Paveliev, Head of the Ideological Work Sector of the House of Press, Chairman of the Youth Council of the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus, who told high school students about the possibilities of working in the Belarusian House of Press and the ongoing work with youth in the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus. The interactive presentation turned the presentation into a dialogue, and we managed to learn in real time about the mood of future students, their plans, problems, and much more. The feedback received serves as a driver in improving and building further work with young people.
The participants agreed that such meetings are necessary and important for both students and employers. It is possible that they will become regular. After all, to be successful in your profession, you need to truly love what you do.
