“LEGAL START”: USEFUL GUIDELINES FOR YOUNG PROFESSIONALS

Today a seminar “Legal Start” was held in the administration of the Sovetsky district of Minsk, attended by young specialists from educational institutions, organizations and enterprises of the Sovetsky district of the capital. The meeting was devoted to issues that are important for those who are starting a professional career and are striving to better understand their rights, opportunities and support measures.

At the beginning of the seminar, Alexander Vladimirovich Shchekovich, Head of the administration of the Sovetsky district of Minsk, addressed the participants. Such meetings help young people to get first-hand information and get acquainted with the work of specialists who can be contacted on various life and legal issues.

Nadezhda Lutskaya, Chief Specialist of the Mortgage and Preferential Lending Department of the Mortgage Office of JSC ASB Belarusbank, was among the invited speakers. The topic of housing conditions and credit opportunities is especially relevant for young professionals who are planning an independent life and are thinking about purchasing their own housing.

Sergey Shkrudnev, Chairman of the Minsk City Association of Trade Unions, spoke about trade union activities. The participants had the opportunity to learn about the role of trade union organizations and their importance in protecting the labor and socio-economic interests of employees.

Alexander Bublik, head of the draft of the Military Commissariat of the Sovetsky district of Minsk, also addressed the young specialists. Issues related to military duty and the activities of the military commissariat became another important focus of the seminar.

Elena Savinskaya, Head of the Housing Policy Department of the Sovetsky District Administration of Minsk, spoke about housing policy and the work of the relevant department of the administration. This topic made it possible to supplement the conversation about housing with practical information about the competencies of local authorities.

The meeting brought together several areas that young professionals may encounter in everyday life: labor relations, housing issues, lending, and military service. The format of the seminar made it possible to present these topics with the participation of representatives of relevant organizations and structures.
