A workshop on the exchange of experience for the ideological asset of the Sovetsky district of Minsk was held on the basis of JSC AMKODOR – the holding’s management company. 55 representatives of the ideological vertical of the district took part in the seminar. These are the heads of organizations and enterprises, both state-owned and private, as well as specialists in ideological work, youth leaders, trade union activists and representatives of public organizations.
The seminar began with an introduction to the company. A tour of the factory grounds and the AMKODOR equipment exhibition was conducted. Then the participants moved to the assembly hall, where they exchanged and shared their experience of ideological work, as well as best practices.
Key topics: patriotic education, youth policy, social partnership and tasks for the future.
In general, such events help to coordinate efforts, make ideological work more effective and strengthen social unity in the area.
