The Belarusian State Technological University hosted a meeting of 3-4 year students of the Printtechnology specialty with representatives of the personnel customer, the Belarusian House of Printing. The event was an excellent opportunity for future specialists not only to learn about current requirements for specialists and internship and employment opportunities, but also to discuss interactions aimed at strengthening student-enterprise ties.
During the meeting, the participants shared their experiences, discussed current industry trends and professional development prospects. Anton Paveliev, Head of the Ideological Work Sector introduced students to the history, production capabilities and modern technologies of organizing work at the enterprise, shared his own work experience, spoke about the requirements, skills and knowledge required of candidates, as well as the need for continuous professional development.
The event aroused great interest among the audience. The students received valuable recommendations and answers to their questions, which contributes to a more successful preparation for professional activity, allowing them to better understand the specifics of the work and the importance of professional training.
This event helped to strengthen the ties between the educational institution and the industrial enterprise, which is important for the training of qualified specialists.
