Last weekend, traditional fishing competitions among the staff of the Belarusian House of Printing took place in the picturesque places of the Stolbtsovsky district of the Minsk region. The event became a highlight for the team, combining team spirit, sportsmanship and love of nature.
Fishing enthusiasts of all ages and training levels gathered on the shore of the lake near the village of Sopkovshchyna. According to the results of the draw, the participants were divided into sectors and individually competed for the title of the most skillful angler. Despite the Saturday afternoon rain, the mood was excellent and the excitement was high. During the three-hour morning and evening fishing, everyone tried to catch as many fish as possible, demonstrating patience and skill.
According to the results of the competition, the winners were determined. 3rd place – Demenok Dmitry Georgievich, a leading engineer of the department of the main power engineer; 2nd place – Seleznev Evgeny Valentinovich, electrician for the repair and operation of electrical equipment of the department of the main power engineer; 1st place – Saikovsky Viktor Borisovich, printer of flat printing of the newspaper shop, after the triumph last year, reconfirmed his leadership status, becoming a two-time winner of fishing competitions. Additionally, prizes were awarded in several categories. Elena Nikolaevna Hercik, accountant of the central accounting department, received the award for perseverance, perseverance and the will to win; Oksana Nikolaevna Ivanyuk, seamstress of the production and publishing center, received the award for her original approach to fishing. The title of “Young Fisherman” was awarded to Artyom Pavlovich Kolosovsky and Ekaterina Vasilyevna Voronovich, whose parents work within the walls of our Printing House. All the winners received memorable prizes and diplomas for their participation. Special attention was paid to the friendly atmosphere and mutual assistance, which made the event even more enjoyable and memorable.
In total, the total weight of the catch of 16 participants in fishing competitions among the employees of the Press House was about 8 kg. Clearly, such competitions contribute to strengthening team spirit, developing athletic skills and promoting a healthy lifestyle among employees. In addition, it is a great opportunity to escape from everyday work, enjoy nature and spend time in pleasant company.
The Belarusian Press House will continue to hold such events in order to maintain a friendly atmosphere in the team and inspire employees to new achievements both in the professional sphere and in their personal lives.
