Yesterday, on June 19, 2025, an important conference dedicated to the discussion and approval of a new collective agreement for the period from 2025 to 2028 was held in the assembly hall of the enterprise. The event brought together representatives of the company’s management, the trade union organization and employees of all structural divisions.
The purpose of the conference was to agree on the terms of a new collective agreement, which will become the basis of social and labor relations in the team for the next three years. During the event, the participants discussed key issues related to working conditions, social guarantees, wages, occupational safety and other aspects of the company’s activities.
The management of the company stressed the importance of joint efforts to ensure the stability and development of the Belarusian Press House, and also expressed gratitude to the employees for their professionalism and dedication. In turn, representatives of the trade union organization made suggestions and comments, which made it possible to take into account the interests of all parties when preparing the final version of the document.
After constructive discussion, all participants unanimously adopted a new collective agreement for 2025-2028. The document will enter into force on June 1, 2025 and will be valid for three years, consolidating social guarantees and working conditions for all employees of the enterprise.
At the end of the conference, Elena Ivanovna Guk, Head of the organizational department of the Belarusian Professional Union of Cultural, Information, Sports and Tourism Workers, presented Gratitude to the primary trade union organization of the Belarusian Press House for highly professional, conscientious work, development of social partnership with the Belarusian Professional Union of Information, Sports and Tourism Workers. She was also awarded a Diploma of the first degree following the results of the republican review competition “The Best collective agreement” of the Belarusian Professional Union of Information, Sports and Tourism Workers for 2023-2024.
We thank all the participants for their active participation and constructive dialogue. The new collective agreement will guarantee the further development of the Belarusian Press House and increase the level of social protection of our employees.
