By the decision of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus dated May 2, 2023, state registration of the Belarusian party “Belaya Rus” was carried out. The founding congress for its creation took place on March 18, 2023 in Minsk.
And today, during the founding conference, which was held at the Belarusian National Technical University, a unanimous decision was made to create a district branch of the Belarusian Party “Belaya Rus”. Next, elections of the highest collegial body and senior leadership positions of the district branch of the party took place, delegates to the Minsk city founding conference were elected, and other organizational issues were resolved. Representatives of the labor collective of the House of Press also took a direct part in the conference on the creation of the Sovetsky district branch of Minsk, becoming the founders and members of the newly formed party. The first deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus, member of the Presidium of the Supreme Political Council of the Belarusian Party “White Rus'” Alexander Gennadievich Bakhanovich, deputies of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Gennady Bronislavovich Davydko and Sergei Konstantinovich Dick, heads of structural divisions of the Soviet administration were invited to the event as honored guests district of Minsk, as well as representatives of labor collectives of enterprises and organizations in various fields of activity of the Sovetsky district.
Thus, during the district founding conference, the highest collegial body of the district branch of the party, consisting of 13 people, was elected and its first open meeting was held to elect the chairman of the Council and his deputies.
The chairman of the regional branch was the rector of BNTU Kharitonchik Sergei Vasilyevich, and the chairman of the Soviet district organization of Minsk ROO “Belaya Rus” Vadim Gennadievich Kudin and the director of the Banking Services Center No. 514 of OJSC “ASB Belarusbank” Natalia Ananyevna Khvostyuk were elected to the positions of deputy chairmen.
The creation of a political party was dictated by time. The party expresses the interests of all social strata of the population, and the foundation of its construction is the ideology of the Belarusian state. The White Rus’ Party will unite all centers of power that support the political course of the Republic of Belarus, which is aimed at preserving the independence and sovereignty of the country. This body will further unite the Belarusian people, unite Belarusians who sincerely support their country, advocate peace, stability and security, becoming a platform for realizing their potential for the benefit of Belarus.
