Polling stations will be open from 12:00 to 19:00 without a lunch break. Official confirmation of the reasons why a voter cannot vote on the main election day is not required.
Ballots are issued to voters upon presentation of a passport, identification card, biometric passport, military ID (for conscripts), service ID of a government agency (organization) employee, or driver’s license. You can also vote on the basis of a pension certificate, a disabled person’s certificate (if you have a photo), a student or student card.
If a voter makes a mistake while filling out a ballot or spoils the ballot, he can contact members of the precinct election commission and receive a new ballot. But a voter can exercise this right only once. We also remind you that photographing and videotaping a completed voting ballot is prohibited.
Voters who wish to vote not at their place of registration, but at their place of actual residence, have the right to contact the precinct election commission at their place of residence until February 24. It should be taken into account that a citizen can be included in the list of voters at the place of residence on the basis of a passport and if there is a document confirming residence in the territory of the polling station.
