Representatives of our team took an active part in the Women’s Forum of the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus, dedicated to the Year of the Belarusian Woman, which was held on a large scale yesterday at the Minsk International Exhibition Center. This event became a real celebration of beauty, talent, and professional skill, bringing together women from the entire Administration system.
The forum opened with a large‑scale exhibition that impressed with the variety of exhibits. The guests were able to evaluate the creative works of the participants, admire the photographs of the winners of the competition among the employees of the Case Management organizations, as well as see touching drawings and writings of children within the framework of the Young Patriot contest. Special attention was drawn to the products and live workshops from the enterprises of the Belkhudozhpromys State Technical University, demonstrating the wealth of folk crafts. A striking focus of the business program was the display of historical Belarusian women’s folk costumes and collections of modern clothing, in which the traditions of folk art crafts and current fashion trends are harmoniously intertwined.
An important part of the event was the award ceremony. On this day, state awards and awards from the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus were presented to the best employees of the system’s organizations. The winners of the photo contest, who demonstrated their perspective on life, family, and work, were also honoured.
After the official part, the participants continued their work within three thematic sections, where they discussed pressing issues related to professional development and career, social support, health maintenance, and cultural traditions.
The forum concluded with a truly heartfelt and inspiring concert, in which not only the employees of the organizations under the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus but also their children shone with their talents.
Participation in such a large – scale event is not only a recognition of the merits of our colleagues, but also a great opportunity to share experiences, find new ideas and strengthen team spirit. We are proud of our employees and wish them further success and new victories!
