What do I need to participate in?
By August 14, 2026, get acquainted with the procedure for holding the photo contest (below), submit a photo to the ideological work sector and fill out an application for participation in the competition on the spot.
On the procedure for holding a photo contest among employees of organizations of the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The competition is organized by the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
2. The objectives of the competition
are to form an active lifestyle and social activity among employees of organizations of the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus;
strengthening patriotism, stimulating and supporting creativity.
CONTEST PARTICIPANTS
3. Employees of organizations of the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus take part in the competition.
THE ORDER OF ORGANIZATION AND CONDUCT OF THE COMPETITION
4. The competition is held from May 18 to August 18, 2026 inclusive.
5. Photographs (contest entries) submitted after the deadline for admission specified in the Regulations are not considered and are not allowed to participate in the competition.
6. The results of the competition are summarized until August 31, 2026.
TERMS OF THE CONTEST
7. The competition is held in three categories:
the nomination ”Profession in a female face” (portraits of women in the workplace, reflecting the specifics and interesting moments of their activities, work results, teamwork);
nomination ”My inspiration“ (shots that capture the creative process, hobbies, craft or hobby that have become a matter of life, inspiring to create, create, actively work and develop);
The nomination ”The joy of motherhood and family“ (shots that emphasize the happiness of women in motherhood and family, the central role of women in creating home comfort and harmony, preserving family values and traditions, and connecting generations).
8. To participate in the contest, you must prepare photos in JPEG format (DPI 300 quality, resolution not lower than 2480×3508) in accordance with the contest nominations specified in the Regulations.
9. Photos taken using traditional or digital technologies are accepted for the competition. Each participant of the contest (the author) can submit no more than three photos for each of the nominations. Photos should be accompanied by the following information: nomination, title, place and time of shooting, last name, first name, patronymic of the author, place of work and contact phone number.
10. The contest does not accept photographs and photo collages containing images or information, the dissemination of which is prohibited by law or in relation to which legislation establishes a different application, profanity or offensive statements.
11. An application form must be attached to each photo .pdf of the established sample in the form.
12. The organizer of the contest reserves the right to reproduce, reproduce and display photographs in the context of the event to highlight the contest without paying royalties, but with an indication of the authorship and the names of the entries. The best competitive works can be posted on official websites and in expositions in the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus and organizations of the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
13. Photos that do not meet the conditions of the contest will not be reviewed or reviewed.
14. The authors of the submitted works (contest participants) are personally responsible for the content and copyright of each photo submitted to the contest. In case of publication or display of photographs submitted to the contest at the exhibition, the organizer is not responsible for claims or complaints from the persons appearing in these photographs.
15. Participation in the competition is free of charge.
THE COMPETITION JURY. SUMMING UP THE RESULTS
AND AWARDING THE WINNERS OF THE COMPETITION
16. The winners of the competition are determined by the jury, whose composition is approved by the protocol of the organizing committee.
17. Each competitive work is evaluated according to the following criteria:
compliance of the work with the declared nomination and topic;
the depth of disclosure of the content of the topic;
the originality of the idea;
dynamics and atmosphere in the frame;
expressiveness of the frame.
18. The evaluation of the entries is preceded by a preliminary assessment of the submitted photographs, during which the jury:
determines the photo’s compliance with the requirements stipulated in the paragraphs of the Regulations and makes a decision.

to participate in the competition;
determines the best competitive entries.
19. The evaluation of the entries is carried out by each member of the jury according to a ten-point system.
The jury selects and determines the winners and laureates of the competition no later than August 31, 2026.
20. The winners of the competition are the participants who scored the most points and took the first, second and third places in each nomination.
21. Based on the results of the review of the competition entries, the jury has the right to establish a Grand Prix for the contestant’s work, which together will most fully and originally reflect the theme of the nominations of the competition, as well as to determine the contestants who will be awarded a special diploma and (or) diploma of the winner of the competition.
22. The winners of the competition are awarded prizes, cups (diplomas)
at the award ceremony for the winners and laureates of the competition, organized by the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus. Prizes are awarded in kind.
On the day of awarding the winners and laureates of the contest, an exhibition of the best photographs of the contest participants is organized.

23. The results of the competition are to be published on the official website of the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
