Book, newspaper and magazine production - Belarusian Printing House

The publishing house “Belarusian House of Printing” occupies a leading position in the newspaper market of the Republic of Belarus. About 45 newspaper titles are printed monthly, with a daily circulation of about 270 thousand copies.

Newspaper production is equipped with the necessary fleet of printing machines to print a wide range of newspaper, magazine and advertising products in full color. Printing of fairly high quality is carried out using the offset method from one or several rolls of paper.

The UNISET-75 newspaper roll printing machine from the MAN Roland concern is designed for printing multi-page newspaper and advertising products in large quantities, in an extremely short time on newsprint and offset paper. The machine’s productivity (up to 75 thousand prints per hour) allows you to print products in volumes from 2pA3 to 80pA3 with 4+4 colors (up to 96pA3 – 4+1), one or more notebooks.

Newspaper roll printing machines “TENSOR–1400T-400BE” from Tensor Group, Ind. designed for the production of newspapers, magazines and advertising products. Printing on newsprint and offset paper products in volumes from 2pA4 to 24pA3 using ColdSet technology. With the help of a drive, they can be combined into one printing unit, which allows you to simultaneously use the “ColdSet” and “HeatSet” technologies for printing products with volumes from 2pA4 to 24pA3 with 4+4 colors (up to 48pA3 – 4+1), provided that the covering fabric from coated paper. The printing speed of printing machines is up to 35 thousand prints per hour.

Newspaper production produces a wide range of advertising products for retail chains in a short time.

IN FULL ACCORDANCE WITH THE GLOBAL LEVEL OF THE PRINTING MARKET, WE WILL DO THE FOLLOWING:

complete or selective varnishing with high pressure varnish, varnishing with oil varnish;
screen printing, selective UV varnishing, glitter application;
pressing of glossy or matte film;
blind embossing or foil stamping;
production of stamps;
individual packaging in shrink film of individual copies and sets;
investments in magazine products (cards, postcards, booklets, leaflets, brochures, promotional samples, CDs);
embroidery on the fabric binding material, stitching around the perimeter of the binding.
